Celebrating Rural Artists
Our public art project for 2024 will be a celebration of what makes rural art in Antrim County Michigan unique. By lifting up the talents and voices of the rural region, this project will bolster the careers and pride for local residents and artists, as well as attract others to Bellaire for the art and culture that Northern Michigan and Bellaire have to offer. This project will offer local artists the potential to showcase their work in a juried exhibition.
Local artist Jeff Krino has been selected to serve as juror for this project. Krino's distinctive work involves a captivating fusion of acrylic and enamel paints, spray paint, and found objects, resulting in a mesmerizingly assembled sculptures. This link will take you to Krino's biography.
